To create your custom engraved perpetual award, you must first select the number of plates you would like your plaque to have. Use the personalization box to let us know what text you would like engraved on the header plate and what text you would like engraved on each of the perpetual plates. If you would like your logo engraved on the plaque, you can upload it directly before you add your plaque to the cart. After we receive your order, we will create your design and send you a proof for your revision or approval. After you send us approval of your design, we will engrave it and ship it to you.
